+3 fantastic dialogue and acting from him in that scene. |
This episode today was terrible. Even more cringeworthy than ever. |
Yea Miranda is a JERK. |
And Just Like That… SUCKED! |
I take back what I said about Che being gross for going after a married woman. But Miranda is still just awful. And delusional. |
I liked it better than most of the previous ones, other than Miranda/Che. Poor, poor Steve. But he'll find a wonderful woman thrilled to sit on the couch and watch tv with him, no question. |
I think it's normal to feel a certain amount of melancholy mid-life, and this show captures that well. I even empathize with Miranda's need to experience *desire* again before it's too late. Her callousness toward Steve and lack of introspection are the problem, and I suspect this will all come back to bite her in the end. |
Find a deeper vocabulary ? Cringeworthy is over used. |
Is Steve supposed to have major health issues? He seems feeble -- not just deaf, but stammering and shaky. |
Miranda thinks she's ok with nontraditional, but no way that will work for her. Don't think it will take long for her to figure that out. If well done, could be interesting to see her dating ambisexually moving forward. |
Well in the next episode Che apparently tells her they are not dating and she's not their girlfriend. So. |
I didn't see the episode yet but I don't think Miranda will be going back to Steve because I read that the actress wanted her storyline to be written to more closely reflect her identity and life. So she's not going to go gay and then give up being gay to return to some heteronormative existence. I think. |
I didn’t realize what time it was when she called Carrie from the cab. I assumed she would get to Ches show and find her with someone else. Also what’s bugging me is Che was this “player” so many dms etc and now they are in love after 3 weeks? |
It still bugs me that with all her millions now, Carrie is still in a walk up alcove studio apartment on the UES. |
Che falling for Miranda feels extremely unrealistic.
Miranda is a horrible person for leaving Steve and Brady so flippantly. |
