I don’t know who is actually leading the country. If you believe what you read on DCUM, Biden is reviewing the notes to make sure he has the pie orders correct for his staff. Politicos are figureheads. The people who really matter (most of the time, anyway) are a very small group of people, almost entirely white guys, who get way too much done for them.
