The difference though is if a woman is 5’5, 200, and delusional, then yes, men will probably be harsher critics. When men make fun of “fat chicks”, and yes they’d be immature jerks out loud, they mean the 200 lb woman not the 140 lb woman.

DP. I am thin and athletic and I have endured judgment from fatter people who assume my self worth is only based on my weight. I am thin because I have the self-discipline to get up and exercise every day and to cook healthful meals for every meal. I am mentally and physically healthy and can be my best for my family and for those around me. On the contrary, many fat people I know are that way because they smoke, have no discipline to work out (or any other life activity that is difficult—say finish college), and eat fast food or chips because they are to lazy to cook. They are miserable people but no one wants to call them out because that would be mean.
