new kavanaugh sexual assault allegations

Senators who voted to confirm Gorsuch and Kavanaugh represented 22 million and 38 mil fewer Americans than senators who opposed them.

We have a tyranny of the minority in the United States.

Oops, looks like someone flunked civics in high school.
Thanks for posting! There’s an ignorance forum, maybe post there?

Liberals are being played yet again. These reporters have a book to sell. Their sourcing is crap. They did not talk to ONE of the people headlined in their story. Pitiful.

According to the Times, Stier "notified senators and the FBI about this account, but the FBI did not investigate and Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly."

But the Times' article did not mention that Pogrebin and Kelly's book found that the female student in question denied any knowledge of the alleged episode.

"The book notes, quietly, that the woman Max Stier named as having been supposedly victimized by Kavanaugh and friends denies any memory of the alleged event," noted The Federalist's Mollie Hemingway. "Seems, I don’t know, significant."

Mollie Hemingway used to be a decent person. At some point she decided there was more $ to be made doing the right wing grift.

And yes, they have a book coming out- you think that the info being in a book means it's *less* reliable?

You know Mollie Hemingway also wrote a book about Kavanaugh, if that's your standard?

Are you claiming that what Mollie Hemingway has stated is not true? (Hint: She is correct)
And, the book Hemingway authored is excellent and full of source material. She and her co-author actually *talked* to people they reported on. Unlike these two from the NYTimes.

What are you even talking about? Of course the NY Times reporters did - you know - reporting. What in the world would ever make you say otherwise?[b]

Trump tweeting about how great MH's book is tells you all you need to know - partisan dreck designed to please King Tiny Hands and his idiot minions

These "reporters" did not talk to Stier. They did not talk to the woman who reportedly was the "victim" in this story. All of their reporting is through 2nd or 3rd hand accounts.
That is NOT the way to source a story and any journalist worthy of any credibility knows that.

I’m assuming you’re GOP, which means you’ve sworn fealty to the guy who uses the old Nazi terms to demonize journalists and mainstream media, which means you have exactly zero standing to criticize the media.

More name calling, but I notice you aren’t exactly disputing the PP’s claim.

I assume you are a liberal. Nay, I am certain you are a liberal. Evidenced by the fact that you are unable to respond to facts without an ad hominem insult that has nothing to do with the facts stated.

As a PP stated, It is a transparent attempt at damage control after that Katz speech at U of Balto. I thought I could see the spittle flying while she was uttering his name.

Yep. And, a preemptive effort to get ahead of the FISA report coming out.
Attempting to divert attention and discredit anything this administration does.

Okay, back to the latest fake allegation from the fake #metoo crowd.
Stop lying and start getting victims help. I won’t believe anyone you trot about with a “new allegation” that has been “verified” (Hahaha) by the New York Times.
You completely lost your credibility the first time around. New fake stories are only making you look worse.

Yep.
I read this tweet from a random person:

"I am not a Republican, SCOTUS isn’t even one of my voting issues but when the left starts in with this #KavanaughLied & #KavanaughResign it makes me want to vote against you. Y’all need to cut this $hit out. You will lose in 2020 because you think this is a good idea. It’s not."

I am looking at the twitter feed of the person who posted that - and if she's not a Republican, then it's because she thinks Republicans aren't far right enough

https://twitter.com/LittleMsOpinion/status/1173225056182448131

She's one of your little RWNJ darlings

Hm let's see who she follows on Twitter - oh yeah, Daily Caller staff, WH staff, Trump's campaign staff, a "conservative idealist" written about in The Federalist (remind me again - who funds the federalist), Ken Cuccinelli, Dan Crenshaw, etc

So yeah - ok. We know that Republicans don't take this seriously. That is really not news, buddy.

He’s a criminal and should be facing disbarment.

Why didn’t this person come forward during the Senate hearings? Nancy Pelosi was calling everyone she had ever met to get more on Kavanaugh. When her hand curated witness proved not credible, she had to start the prices again. The Dems must really be worried about Biden and Warren.

Do you know how confirmations work? Pelosi has nothing to do with them.

The GOP loves false flag operations. It’s depressing how quickly they’ve adapted to what Russia does.

I don't read any of those twitter feeds but can tell you that I'm a voter who's beyond tired of the "remembered accusations" all these years later and the attempts to cast those of us who don't buy it all as misogynists and worse. It is not the way to win the presidency back from Trump.

I don't care if YOU read any of those twitter feeds. I'm saying that posting that person's tweet as if it is representative of how people at large are feeling - as opposed to partisan, Trump-supporting Republicans, is just a flat out lie. You, in posting it, are a liar.

This piece captures my thought exactly......

I guess that The New York Times didn’t get the memo. Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court last fall. He is sitting there (officially, I mean) right now, as I write. Despite the most disgusting, ad hominem, evidence-free effort at character assassination of a Supreme Court nominee in history, the combined forces of The New York Times and other cesspool media organs like The New Yorker, bottom-feeding Senate Democrats, feminazis of various stripes, and other woke constituencies on the left, Kavanaugh made it. One of the most ostentatiously qualified candidates for the Supreme Court in recent memory managed — just barely — to slip through the gauntlet of baseless accusation, wild fantasy, and prurient hysteria and ascend to the country’s highest court. Hurrah.

But in today’s Sunday Review, the country’s fishwrap of record publishes an excerpt from The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation by two Times reporters, Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly.

The excerpt is written in the Times’s high emetic style: every phrase infused with the new status anxiety of universal accusation and class-sex-and-race-based innuendo. The star of the article is Deborah ‘significant gaps in my memory’ Ramirez. Have the dramamine at hand?......
