Huh? Accotink Lake is a park with a lake, trees, biking/hiking trail, playgrounds, boat rentals, picnic areas. Mostly quiet suburban SFHs back to that lake. It is SUBurban - not rural countryside or urban city. Just because gang activity happened there does not mean that it is a "dangerous", rough area. It is not.

Many of these men/boys coming into the country illegally already know how to work the system to their advantage. Instead of being forced to go out and get a job, they know they can enroll in the schools, get 2 free meals, learn English for free and have access to younger students in case they are involved in a gang (access to more potential members).
