Going on right now. She was seen in a bar with the suspect.

He's not a suspect.

They know who that "mystery man" is, and obtained warrants, but there's no probable cause (yet?) to make any kind of arrest or charges .

She went into the restaurant with the man with dreadlocks and then left with him in his car.

Is he in custody? Is that the guy crossing in the foreground of the one video?

#HannahGraham and black male with dreadlocks entered Tempo together and left. "Every reason to believe" Graham was in his car when it left.

Nobody is in custody, and nobody has been charged with anything. The man has been identified and questioned.

The chief clearly believes dreadlocks guy did it, but they don't have enough evidence -- yet -- to charge him. He was pretty clear that they believe she was in his car so I'm assuming they found something, like her fingerprints, in the car. That allowed them to get the warrant for the apartment. And perhaps once they analyze what they seized from the apartment, they'll have more. Also, by publicly describing him they'll get more evidence.

I'm having trouble seeing where dreadlocks guy was first walking in the other direction in the video. I do see him following her.

And kudos to the people on this thread who thought he was walking with her in the other video. The chief said that at first they thought it was a reflection but now see that its him.

I think I read on this thread that dreadlocks guy comes into the sals pizza video at 00:25, then makes a u-turn from 00:30-00:40 (partially off camera) and towards the end of that video we see him walking I think behind a small group of guys

Never mind, I watched again and he starts right in front.

He walks in the forefront of the video right after the two women walk the other direction. As he crosses over the patio he is obscured for a few seconds and then emerges behind the group of guys. You can kind of see how he waits for her to pass and then enters the sidewalk.

+1

Same here. Passionate and pleading with the community to help.

I don't get why they want the public to contact them if they know/have contact with the dreadlocks guy. The police already talked with him. Are they hoping someone will come forward with evidence that he did something?
