my English professor said the best way to learn is IMERSION, not sure about the spelling. if you want to learn law vocabulary read law books, if you want to learn medical vocab get friends that work in a hospital. so here I am... caregiver, nanny, au pair, mother, teacher, coach... I need to learn child related vocab. ![]() |
You also need a dictionary.

We all need one ![]() |
I bet my English is better than your Spanish 8) |
OOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM |
Worst name ever.... Bronx Mowgli. |
la diferencia es que trabajo aqui, no en el salvador. |
babelfish.com?
I like that too. what about your Portuguese? any Italian? ASL at least? |
LOL This bit Spanish any moron could get out of an online translator. She's been posting in English forever... would you hold the entire conversation in Spanish? Don't be ridiculous! |
Yes, I would hold an entire conversation in Spanish. I speak Spanish half the day.
The point is, moron, that the nanny said she thinks she speaks English better than the other poster speaks Spanish. She is working here. The other poster may never need to speak Spanish. |
The other poster may be a liar too.

This is the mentality of a lot of you Americans... that you'll never need to speak another language. How ridiculous is that? You may not need to speak another language but knowledge, cultural experience doesn't hurt. Keep going like this and I'll keep lauging at Amerincans suffering walking around a shopping mall in South America with empty hands because they can't speak the local language. |
I pink puffy heart crazy spanish nanny. |
Um? Let's reverse your mean statement.... And we can laugh (laug?) at spanish people in American malls who are empty handed because they cannot speak the local language. What a stupid thing to say. You do not need to speak a language fluently to travel or visit a country. Perhaps these people don't want to buy your cheap crap? Hmmmm. Maybe? |
