Ok, what if we had a program that furnished ATV’s to white boys, and encouraged them ride criminally recklessly in the parts of the city where people like you live?

Since it would no longer be a uniquely black culture problem, would you THEN support doing something about stopping it?

Yes, exactly. And frankly we shouldn't tolerate this BS about how an activity like this is appropriate because it helps black people de-stress. An illegal activity doesn't become legal just because you claim that it helps you de-stress. If the council wants to pass a law making it legal, they can do that. Until they do that, this conduct needs to be prosecuted.
