What’s insane is sending this new policy out in the summer after deposits have been paid. My child had COVID! I am following my doctor’s advice. Should a school nurse at my elementary school decide this for my family? The cdc guidelines is wear a mask if you want. They also said no difference between vaxxed and non vaxxed. These choices should be made between families and doctors. Follow the science.

Right--NCRC just emailed (3 weeks before school starts) that they are requiring the vaccination. I also am vaxxed and boosted (as are my older kids) but I don't want to get my 2 year old vaxxed who just had covid.

It’s theater. The school will not be following up on your two year olds vax card. Fill it out and fake it. A two year old who just had Covid does not need a shot. We need to start using common sense.

Are some schools really requiring that siblings who don’t attend have to be vaxxed too? When I got vaxxed and DD it shows up on some health website. Our school checked that and never asked to see our cards. Not sure how a fake card would bypass that.

Forcey Christian in moco. No masks and no vax required. Parents needed to be vaxxed last year to volunteer in the classroom ( and wear a mask) until they dropped the mask requirements in April.
