The rest of the the posters here are either at competing clubs with an agenda, or, former disgruntled VRSC/FCV parents.

No club is perfect. Even VDA and Armour had womanizers. I could name over 10 top level coaches in our area who are much more mentally abusive than any at VRSC. Stop complaining and leave if you are not happy. Just do your research because trust me when I say the grass isn't always greener!

So you know, our family came to VRSC from another well respected club where our DC was a starter for the MLS Next/ECNL/GA team. It was 100x worse than anything we have experienced at VRSC. The difference is I have never once posted about this club or coaches since leaving despite my absolute dismay. Just leave and move on if you are not happy and don't look back. It's similar to acting like an adult instead of some entitled spoiled brat child. I prefer to call it carrying yourself and family with some kind of class and dignity.

Sure ostrich, bury your head in the sandy figment of your imagination about only being a handful of posters… I personally know more than a handful of families and two former coaches who were the backbone of that organization before direktor decided to drill around…

VR$c was always the receptacle for average and cut players and that was ok… until it wasn’t and true colors from admin plus new influx of fake ahh people turned it into a literally Temu version of Loudoun Soccer2.0

And it was hard to beat Loudoun in terms of garbage trashy organization with their British clique running the show robbing people left and right and holding that monopoly over county fields with their tentacles inside PRCS and hyping those fake recreational numbers “in the thousands” to amass prime time on virtually every county soccer field…

DMV area is an absolute fraud no matter where you look

That is karma catching up. He walks around pretending to be something he’s not, while having no idea who sees through his act and sees him for who he really is.

Whats fabricated and how did you confirm it wasnt true

KH is going to get mad at you for asking for more….Let start with common sense soccer and critical thinking first.

“Professional coach and scout in England at Chelsea FC, Southampton FC, Crystal Palace FC, Cambridge United FC, Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Ebbsfleet United, and Woking FC.”

Chelsea FC, Southampton FC, Crystal Palace FC, Brighton & Hove Albion FC are top tiers European club. They generate multi-billion dollars in revenue.

Only like 1% or less of professional coaches in entire world get to coach at just one of those on that list. He’s saying he’s coached at 4 and more of them. Really?

KH is essentially telling you that he’s been a coach with the Washington Commanders, the Philadelphia Eagles, pick a couple more, San Francisco 49ers, the Atlanta Falcons all this before he was hired two years as a part-time youth coach at Revolution, and blessed us with his presence.

He’s listed 9 pro clubs. If he stayed at each 2 years that’s 18 years. If he stayed give or take 3 years at each of them that 27 years of coaching experience. Do you really think he’s in his 50s? That’s the only way it would make sense.

In his own words in that same bio say that he has 14 years of experience. He’s delegitimizing himself right there.

And it’s harder to be a recruiter than a coach. Only a handful of people in the world get to do it. Top clubs have like 5. It’s the sweetest gig you get to travel the entire world for free to do recruiting yeah people don’t leave those job.

Look into it and come back. More can be shared. Better yet next time you see him ask him about his experience …..hahahaha bwahaghhha haha

All this information if very much available you can research it.
Oh he also claims he’s worked in the corporate world as an HR executive before going full time soccer. Hahaha hahahaha Bbbbbbhhhwaahahaha.

I looked into which tells me you didn't based on your critical thinking. You assumed he stayed at each club for 2 years, a quick look at his LinkedIn page debunks that and shows he was only at some of the clubs for a few months each. Now the math works.

Do I believe is resume is fabricated, no. Do I believe it’s exaggerated, absoluteley. Everyone exaggerates their resume, cant blame the guy for that.

Of course, known behavior of grifters, deny, deny, deny, and then gaslight. KH and CC people know the truth.

If you looked at his LinkedIn and he is stays at each job just for months? Everyone knows that it’s a RED FLAG. It just doesn’t add up. He can’t have it both ways.

Its not a red flag if they are temp or part-time jobs and some are listed as part-time. You are also using an outdated mindset with moving jobs often and showing your age. People are moving jobs more and more frequently because its how you can quickly increase your pay and build experience on your resume. I dont see it as a fabricated resume but definitely exaggerated.

If my son attends "an official" Arsenal FC camp am I allowed to say he trained with Arsenal or would you think I am talking out of a dark place two feet below and behind my head?

Come on people

Keep speaking the truth. Everyone should start asking questions. That is how grifters get found out.

Grifting only works on the gullible or naive. The ones that complain are just mad they fully bought in.

That is USofA as a whole. Competing for the biggest house, most expensive car, flashy vacations for the instagram posts. It’s all artificial. Youth soccer with its pay2play business model isn’t any different. In fact, exacerbated it to the fullest. Kids and parents chasing badges and leagues over genuine training and a methodology that’s proven to work. Then again, it’s USofA. They call it soccer. Lol

I'm just seeing if the example sited above about having coached for teams in the English FA at camps holds true for someone claiming their kidnl trained with them because they went to a camp.

It's not the only place, imbecile. It's soccer in Australia. It was interchangeable in the UK until recently. People in their 60s and older would have said soccer just as much as football.

Until the 1990s, Sky had the television programme "Soccer Saturday." You aren't as smart as you wish you were. And I am sorry you are poor and can't afford a nice car and probably live in a shanty, with another family.

Classic CZ gaslighting. Other clubs do it. It was worse there. Key giveaway was a starter at leaving to join VRSC which we all know wouldn’t happen.

If its a true arsenal camp and not one run by LS just using the arsenal name, why wouldnt you?

Have been to a camp where Arsenal staff were there, am sure they traveled around the world participating in Arsenal related camps. IMHO.

Those with common sense or a higher IQ probably understand their are likely over 400 families/players or more that are part of VRSC, between both girls and boys.

Their are maybe around +/-10 negative posters here from inside VRSC, if that. That is a representation of roughly 2.5% of the club. At least two of those parents/posters were likely directly involved with that POS, NE. Take that #$%@ and his awful acts out of the equation, and it is even less.

100% Agree.

Most of it is fabricated, dishonest, exaggerated, and untrue.

More people know the truth than he thinks, as wel. People greet him and talk to him, some pretend, but don’t ever take him seriously.

That is karma catching up. He walks around pretending to be something he’s not, while having no idea who sees through his act and sees him for who he really is.

Ok, but what’s your point if they are?
