Huh? Aren’t these points that the COACH should be addressing during training? So the players have to play and coach themselves. Why are we paying the Club then? |

I hope you feel better about yourself calling kids rejects. Maybe they are borderline players and if had the favoritism that "non rejects" have they would get the coaching needed to improve. Some kids are studs that's a given, but players 7-15 could be in any order based on the attention they get from their coach and the playing time opportunity given to improve. If you give player 14 a short leash and always pull them at the first mistake and player number 7 gets to make multiple mistakes in the eyes of they have to learn...player 14 will never improve. Give player 14 the time on the field to improve and coach them up I bet the difference between 7 and 14 will shrink to 7-9 in 1 year. |

| The club is a total failure. Allowing wife penetration and coach player favoritism and shouting. Top down it's rotten. Then a coach doesn't even show for a major showcase? It's not like they didn't know about it months in advance. Terrible communication, failed recruiting mechanisms, rotating rosters. Player energy at all time lows due to this coaches technique. He's not a good coach. He's a person who rides the coattails of other people's success and now is exposed. |

Did anyone notice they posted ED as the coach for u13 or U14’s? Another bad decision by the leadership of this club. Who is responsible for this?
ED was removed from coaching because of widespread dissatisfaction by both players and parents and now they are repeating errors. Do they have substance abuse policies for coaches at this club? |

CC left behind shit show which is why FCV St James less than a year after it crumbles. The proof is in the pudding. He worked for the Washington Spirits didn’t last 6 months. He came to Revolution a year late it’s falling apart. |

Right. People are leaving including coaches. The reality is they do not have enough coaches or good coaches to cover all the teams…..apologists Do we have the full and complete slate for next ? I don’t know……So we are looking. |

Glad you are making in a respectful way. Everything should do the same here if possible. Agree to disagree. The GA teams started practice back late in January.2-3 months to run physical or fitness drills. Work on technical first touch repetition drills. It’s April and no improvement. Help these kids out that’s what development is about. They are taking the shortcut there and playing kick and run. |
