Okay. Hunter himself has said [correctly] it was poor judgment.

That means that Trump and Giuliani pressing Zelensky to investigate Burisma shows something much worse than poor judgment.

Context is key here. Kent was suggesting that it was a bad example to hold up because the world was trying to show the Ukranians how to do good governance. Kent is not suggesting any malefeasence here.
