FCPS Skyview Boundary Scenario 1/2/3

Anonymous
Cannot speak to how they will fill Westfield, but, for Skyview, the first Option A was the most logical--except they should have included all of Floris.

It kept Fox Mill at South Lakes and sent Crossfield to Skyview. Made sense logistically and objectively. But, then, RIO stepped in.
If there were a good reason to keep Crossfield at Oakton I could understand it. But, I have not see ONE good reason.

I wonder if they gave the consultants a list of political favors they had to comply with. RIO, etc.

To leave Oakton out of this? Had to.

Yes, the work we have seen from this second group of consultants is actually decent. Almost all of their suggestions have logical rationales.

There is NO WAY they would have left Oakton as-is over capacity if they were not told specifically not to touch it.

100% Proof that the consultants assigned them to Westfield and Reid or a lackey moved it back after it was published.

They just edited this. How many Gatehouse people lurk here.

My guess is someone at Gatehouse who works for or with Reid lives in that area.

My guess? More than one. Or, just maybe, their SB shill.

the slides say this:
FCPS targets a utilization rate of 85–105% across all schools.

Also says no walkers were moved FWIW.

How can they pull Westfield down to 74%? That's well, well below their target. SLHS is below as well.

Pretty embarrassing that they can't even cover their tracks on their special favors competently.

Agree, probably shares a cubicle with the Gatehouse plant for RIO.

KIDDING!

You know they all work from home.

I am shocked they would take a full third of Westfield's student population.

That area should not have been there in the first place. Those along Walney and Bull Run make sense. Done. They are already adjacent to other Westfield areas.

Why don't Centreville's numbers change throughout any of the scenarios when they are losing a large low income housing development and not gaining any new areas?

Is that a large area?
