Just curious, what’s a multigenerational space? Is that just a fancy term for a family room? (But a family room wouldn’t be an upcharge, I would think.)

It’s basically an add-on full bedroom with full bath, usually with a seating area of some sort. Typically on the first floor, tucked away from the kitchen and main living areas.

Attractive to those who have parents who live with them or just very extended guest stays.

They put up the 3D walkthrough up last week, so I suspect it’s open

I’m assuming the new model is open because the last of the phase 1 Windmill lots are finally available.

Just saw that the 3 available Windmill lots have deposits on them. I think they were gone in a day.

Does anyone know if there are lot premiums? The base prices are so high already.

They had started doing tours before the model officially opened. Also It does not look like there are any lot premiums. The only decent lot was lot 8. The others were so sloped that the backyard would be useless without major modifications.

I agree that the 12x12 bedroom is small, but I think the 14x12 is a decent size and the 16x14.7 is large. Nothing that would keep me from buying a house.

Yeah, beautiful home.

Saw the model home and it looks pretty decent... but wayyyyyy too expensive. To build something similar would cost 2.3-2.4ish million, plus the backyard and additional things after moving in such as wallpaper., molding, and more. So all together that puts you at 2.5+ million dollars. With the high interest rates that are at least 800k down plus a minimum of 15k a month. Also, wait and watch, but as someone who really knows the real estate markets, as soon as Toll finishes the community, everyone who bought a home here will be deep in a hole. high-interest

Dude, nobody is spending 15k/mo on mortgage…people who can afford the house have the ability to buy either without a loan or have 1M liquid they can spend. Just like any other 2+M home in the area, this will sell. It’s a beautiful home, and like most people who live in the community, the buyers will be very well off. As for the home, it is outside of my price point, but I think it’s very nice and if people can afford it, more power to them! Not everyone is dependent on the banks.
