Dude, nobody is spending 15k/mo on mortgage…people who can afford the house have the ability to buy either without a loan or have 1M liquid they can spend. Just like any other 2+M home in the area, this will sell. It’s a beautiful home, and like most people who live in the community, the buyers will be very well off. As for the home, it is outside of my price point, but I think it’s very nice and if people can afford it, more power to them! Not everyone is dependent on the banks.[/quote]
