Pp who posted this, do you have more info about where the letter came from?

It’s addressed to PJ; does that mean that PJ is volunteering evidence that BK is lying about the extent of his drinking, etc?

This needs to be in the media

NYT has published it already.

Send a tip to the FBI so they can look into that discrepancy.

I don’t think the FBI cares anything about a letter presumably written, or not, back in 1982 by a high school student.

They DO care about a letter written by the boyfriend of Ford that refutes much of her testimony.

Yep

Trump and all of his supporters are disgusting POSs.

Simply repulsive in every way possible.

Trumps words tonight severely undermind the republican strategy of believing her. In fact, it totally shatters the whole 'let's bring a female prosecutor in so we don't have bad optics"

Unless the GOP is going to strongly rebuke Trump's words, the backlash will not be pretty.

You know what really undermines the notion of believing her?
The letter from her former boyfriend. It is damning.

And who says he is reliable? FBI really should look at everything, but no, we can't even wait a week to figure this out.

I am betting they are looking more closely at Ford, given the letter received from former boyfriend.

I think that it was Swetnick's boyfriend.

Prolific pukers? while that seems to be true, that letter read more like a joke someone on the onion wrote. Also, the handwriting looks somewhat feminine.

According to this 1996 article Leland Realty had been in existence since 1971 (25 years before).

One of each, supposedly.

Does it say 1983 on the letter?

Perhaps this is why the FBI is reportedly expanding their investigation.
They can decide if he is reliable.

Never mind, I was thinking of something else.

You must be mistaken. I just found two classified ads in the November 21, 1983 Evening Sun of Baltimore for rentals offered by Leland Realty. Here is one example:

NEW LISTING Viking 1st fir. 2 BR masonry. Only steps to the beach. LELAND REALTY, 296-2049, 1 -800-xxx-xxxx

Maybe they don’t believe her anymore. Are they required to believe her in spite of all of the holes that have emerged?

Letter Signed by Nearly 400 Law Professors Decries Kavanaugh's 'Lack of Judicial Temperament'

Brett Kavanaugh’s fiery appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee last week got failing marks from more than 560 law professors at nearly 100 schools in an open letter saying the Supreme Court nominee failed to demonstrate the judicial temperament required by the position he seeks.

“We regret that we feel compelled to write to you to provide our views that at the Senate hearings on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, the Honorable Brett Kavanaugh displayed a lack of judicial temperament that would be disqualifying for any court, and certainly for elevation to the highest court of this land,” the letter reads.

Martha Minow, who was dean of Harvard Law School while Judge Kavanaugh taught there, is among the prominent signatories, along with such scholars as Mark Lemley of Stanford Law School, Judith Resnik of Yale Law School and Michael Dorf of Cornell Law School, who like Judge Kavanaugh once clerked for Justice Anthony Kennedy.

“We have differing views about the other qualifications of Judge Kavanaugh. But we are united, as professors of law and scholars of judicial institutions, in believing that Judge Kavanaugh did not display the impartiality and judicial temperament requisite to sit on the highest court of our land,” the letter reads.

“It organically came together, the result of a surge of law professors remarking on Judge Kavanaugh's lack of judicial temperament at the hearings,” said one of the signers, Prof. Bernard Harcourt of Columbia Law School. The letter remains open for additional signatures through Thursday.

Thank you! This was my point all along. His behavior Thursday was appalling and should be disqualifying, no matter your opinion on the sexual allegations.

Not really.
