Murderer was dragged last year after deploying a taser against an unarmed man, getting his arm stuck in a punched out window and breaking DHS use of force rules in that engagement as well. |
Yup. This was a public execution. ICE are domestic terrorists. |
Notice that the woman trailing him is a producer who is filming the ICE killer filming the car. She seems to direct him to get back in his car to pretend that he's exiting his vehicle to "interact" with the victim. The producer stands in front of the victim's vehicle to get the egress shot and walks toward the rear passenger side of the vehicle to pan the shot of the ICE killer walking from his vehicle to the victim's vehicle. Her video probably has one of the best views of the incident, since the angle and timing are relevant, and the video will obviously be production quality. She would also be the best eye witness, although she would be blackmailed to lie. |
Oh, Portland? Oh boy. They will need the NG. |
2020 re run incoming. The admin has a year to get things done and I think the urgency has set in. |
Not if it isn’t federal. |
Correct. Both the state and the feds could investigate this shooting and prosecute if the facts warrant it, just like Derek Chauvin and the other officers in the George Floyd case. However after this shooting, it seems like the feds are refusing to even investigate, and they aren’t cooperating with the state so the state can’t investigate/prosecute if necessary either. |
I think it is relevant if part of her “training” given by this group was to use her car to block roads and refuse ICE orders to move. They should not be telling people to do this and this is not part of peaceful protesting. She should have moved her car when they initially told her to. She didn’t. She should have then complied when they told her multiple times to get out of her car. She didn’t. She panicked and tried to flee when multiple officers were very close to her car- too close for her to be safely driving away. It’s a very bad idea to try and drive away when a police officer is at the window of your car trying to open your door, another is close to the side, and another is in front. I don’t believe she intended to drive into anyone- but she wasn’t in a position to safely maneuver her car, panicked, and tried anyway. This group should be investigating if they are indeed advising people dangerous means of resisting. |
What about the Federal Tort Claims Act? Doesn’t the decedent’s family have a cause of action there? Trump, Vance et al have said he was acting within his duties. As well as the rest of them who did nothing to render aid and obstructed others from giving aid. |
No. |

She was there to disrupt ICE operations and over achieved by hitting one with her car.
Simple as that. The fact she got shot is up To the courts, if it makes it there. |
You have ZERO knowledge of what she was told or how many times she was told it. Based on the limited evidence we have from a couple videos, and some people's interviews by news, you saw ONE car stop and two men get out who ran up to the car and yelled something like Get out. You don't know that she was told multiple times to move. And in the video you saw cars going around her so she wasn't toally blocking the road, either. You saw the shooter in the video very much NOT talking to her. He was by the driver's side of another car - presumably his, and speaking with another woman, not speaking with the driver of the car. You really don't know what she was told and what she ignored yet. That's why we need a proper, impartial and independent investigation. but even is she DID refuse lawful orders that doesn't justify murder in this situation. Ross cannot claim he feared for his life. |
Fact is, the court MAY allow the first gunshot as self-defense (doubtful), but not the second and third shots. |
114 pages later and still no one believes your fictional version of events. Though it would be better to see him in court, he might be one of the ones that ends it himself. |
This should be a new thread. |
