Notice that the woman trailing him is a producer who is filming the ICE killer filming the car. She seems to direct him to get back in his car to pretend that he's exiting his vehicle to "interact" with the victim. The producer stands in front of the victim's vehicle to get the egress shot and walks toward the rear passenger side of the vehicle to pan the shot of the ICE killer walking from his vehicle to the victim's vehicle. Her video probably has one of the best views of the incident, since the angle and timing are relevant, and the video will obviously be production quality. She would also be the best eye witness, although she would be blackmailed to lie.[/quote]
