Most of this is wrong.

That girl was impeding their work by blocking the road sideways through out the day.

The full video shows "that girl" waving another car through the intersection, which just went around her. She waved the ICE truck on, which then stopped, and the ICE officers stepped out of their car.

They could have easily driven around her, as demonstrated by the car that JUST WENT AROUND right in front of the ICE vehicle.

The "other car" was the one driven by the shooter.

Right. They wanted through and got through. Why then go back and why wouldn’t the pick up truck also continue around?

This video from a camera across the street shows that Ross was standing by a parked car on the other side of the victim. (I.e he already was past her so she wasn't obstructing his progress in any way). His car was also not legally parked for what it is worth. He wasn't even interacting with her. The other two ICE guys park their car and run up and start yelling at her, and Ross runs in front of her car deliberately to prevent her movement. She wasn't "fleeing" BTW. She was just trying to drive away.

Even if someone tried to prosecute him, Trump would pardon him. He pardoned the J6 domestic terrorists who killed Capitol police and some drug kingpins. Pardoning ICE would be no big deal

Where is the relevance? Opinions like these expose the white supremacy that runs deep in white people. Perhaps all those Freedom Riders (1961) from the north should have been ripped from their bus seats and shot in the streets. Even if the current administration does nothing, if Democrats regain control of the White House, couldn't they prosecute him or at least hand him over the MN state law authorities if Trump preemptively pardons him?

Also, her family could file a civil suit I would assume?
