Would you be concerned if your DD planned to marry her high school or college sweetheart

Wow women on this forum sure love to brag, regardless of the topic. I remember the SAHM thread from a few weeks back where 90 percent of the posters were like my DH is wonderful provider and I have a great life staying at home. In this thread, they are all bragging about marrying young. I’m a white collar professional who married at 30. I have to admit these threads get under my skin a bit and make me feel I made bad choices. Another thing—anyone from a religious background who is no longer practicing would be shocked that these are norms applauded by upper class Americans. Marrying at 22 and staying home!! Wow. In other parts of the world young women are trying to escape these exact stifling norms.

Made fun of on another thread for this observation but marrying young seems to be a trend especially college educated, especially UMC or higher. Don't know why.

You are confusing defensiveness with bragging.
