The mayor issued a statement and wanted it to be clear the school isn't actually in Covington. I can't blame the Mayor since it's a private, not a public school who acted like this. This is on the Catholic Church and the school sponsors. However, KY voted for Mitch so they're all pretty f-ked up!

OK. I think the kid was wrong and should apologize to the man for the little staring contest.... but........

I just saw a video of this incident from another angle and from before the kid was face to face with him.
The man walked up toward the group of kids. He walked into the group. It wasn't like the kids surrounded him.

Phillips, the man, doesn't appear to be the victim he is being portrayed as. As an adult, why approach a group of kids?
