Where did you obtain your information that she (Kelsey Berreth) was taking him (Patrick Frazee) to court for custody? The video link you posted said court records don't indicate who filed or when it was filed. Inaccurate information is HARMFUL SPECULATION that serves no other purpose than to stroke one's ego while slamming another person's character and reputation!

Chill. Context clues - I don’t know why so many people are ready to believe he didn’t kill her. First she disappears on the second most family oriented holiday of the year. Second his 35-acre property was dug up. Third he’s arrested for her murder. Fourth his mother is detained for impeding an investigation. Fifth the video states the hearing was scheduled for Thursday, December 27th and she went missing on Thursday, November 22nd - a month ahead of her court date.

Lastly it’s almost always the women who initiate court proceedings to make sure their kids are supported and well and she was clearly a loving mother.

The fiancée is so guilty - not only charged with murder but solicitation of murder.

Wrong. This is being misunderstood. This is the temporary custody hearing for CPS to place the baby with her maternal grandparents. Filed after the arrest.

From this article, “Frazee and Berreth's daughter is in protective custody and will be reunited with Berreth's family, De Young said.”

I haven’t read that it’s happened yet, and I think they’d need a hearing to release her to someone else.

There’s an entire cottage industry of hobbyists who do nothing but solve cold cases and murder mysteries. It’s how the Golden State Killer with more than a dozen murders under his belt was found. So stuff it with the sacrilegious BS.

I'm going to hazard a guess that pp is repeating something that he/she read from friend of friend of Kelsey's second cousin (or whoever) on Facebook.

I wouldn't get so spun up about it. If it's true, it's pretty damning IMO. If it's not true than someone is repeating bad information.
