Wouldn't his cell ping there, too, if he was there? |
Assuming he drove the long distance to throw off the trail and dump her remains, I’d say he’s smart enough to leave his phone behind or turned off. |
The killer could've texted her boss on kelsy's behalf to throw everyone off the scent. |
And unless the killer knew Kelsey well how would he know which number to text her boss or her fiancée. I don’t label my cell number as ‘John Smith Husband’. |
Right, but if it's the fiancé, how did he drive 1,000 miles round trip while caring for a toddler at home in Colorado? |
You are trying to think logically and not like a soiopath. He might have someone acting with him such as a girlfriend |
Carseat? I mean honestly it’d be easy. It’s a half-day trip with no breaks. He could have left the kid with a babysitter as well which hasn’t been disclosed. But who knows - maybe Kelsey flew herself out there by plane, landed, texted her boss and fiancée, and killed herself in the middle of nowhere. It’s happened before minus the plane. |
I think I read he lives with his mom, who watches the toddler. |
What can they do about it? He's the legal guardian/ parent. Until he is under charges, there is nothing that they can do about the child. |
This mom never would have left her 1-year-old overnight without calling.
|
Of course he did it. I hope they arrest him soon. |
The baby is only 1 and he was the caregiver during the day so he likely has a car seat in his own vehicle . He must have taken the baby along for the ride to dispose of the mom's body. He probably dumped her somewhere along the way, drove for awhile, then texted her work and his own phone which he had left at home. When he got to Idaho he then tossed her phone off into the brush where it continued to ping. They might find the phone in Idaho at some point but her body won't be with it. If he was using the phone to text people then he probably knows about how a phone's "pinging" can be tracked. He probably left his own phone at home to "ping" for him there so that he would have an alibi.
Either that, or she ran off with another guy and is hiding out in Idaho somewhere. |
His eyes are not right. |
They are a beautiful couple. Hopefully she just needed a break and will be back soon. Thank God the baby is o.k. |
I know that people always suspect the partner when something like this happens. And that is often who is guilty. Having said that - she also fits the profile of someone that would be sex trafficked. You would be surprised how often this happens - or maybe you wouldn't.
Lest we forget the case of Sherri Papini. Everyone assumed the husband had something to do with it - but it's now considered a kidnapping and sex trafficking case. |
