Where does it say that? All I read is they shared the baby on different days and after she disappeared he had the child. An informal arrangement is very different from custody. [/quote]

Knew it - there was no formal custody agreement.  Not only was she taking him to court but she was also asking for custody of the child and presumably - child support. He killed her exactly a month before their scheduled court date.

Wrong. This is being misunderstood. This is the temporary custody hearing for CPS to place the baby with her maternal grandparents. Filed after the arrest.[/quote]
