I'm very worried about his heath. It's a secret because I have tried to talk to him about it but he refuses to listen and says I'm shaming him. I can't talk to anyone else about it.

He eats terribly. He eats 2-3 packages of Ramen every day, no exaggeration. He eats sugar nonstop. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw him eat a fruit or vegetable. He has put on quite a bit of weight in the past ~9 months, enough to get stretch marks. I haven't tried to talk about his weight gain because that's the least of my concern, but still. He is outside all the time with no sunscreen on, ever. He has had several strange places come up on his arms. I have tried to figure them out by using google and I'm pretty sure they are precancer at best.

We have young children. I love him. I am scared. But he won't listen. He says I am food-shaming him.

I didn't tell my husband that I got a bonus and raise. He always has to send money to his family in a thirld world country. If he knew, he would want to send more.

Is this unusual? Married for 20 years and I do not know how many sexual partners (or who) DH had before me and he doesn't know my number. I could probably guess his. We may have talked about this drunkenly when we were dating and I think he said 5.

I very recently talked about my first boyfriend (age 15) and told DH the truth that inthis relationship, we never had sex. DH seemed surprised and a bit relieved.
