So, are you really that happy to realize you married a guy with no other, or better, options? A man who was so desperate to get married, that he settled for a woman who was evidently not attractive enough for him to want to marry her on her own merits, but rather, through psychological deceit and trickery?

I had sex with 4 different women in the first year we were together (together over 5 years now-not married) including one who is our mutual friend. We are friends with the couple and I had sex with her 3 times with her DH's knowledge and permission. The other 3 were just once each including one who was only 25. Nothing since that first year but I'm sure it will happen again.

I wish her a long and happy life, too. But that all sounds highly dysfunctional, and I’d hardly call it courageous.

My mother hid her cancer diagnosis from my dad. It was symptomatic of both their individual problems and their problems as a couple.

I don't believe the poster about hiding cancer, at all.
How did you hide the surgical scars? What access route didn't they use for chemo? Dont believe it at all.
I think if your spouse is supportive, then why not tell them? And how cluseless is your spouse? He didn't notice you weren't feeling well?

NP. I think any DH could tell 1) if he is attentive and 2) you've gone through this before, so he's seen it before, and would be familiar with how your body reacts to pregnancy. Your body changes. Your breasts get bigger and more tender. If you've had kids before and are thin, you might round out fairly quickly and show a (tiny) bit. If a DH is very in tune with his wive's body, I see how this could be. If you are nauseous when you are pregnant, that's another clue. Totally possible.
