Federal government waste is not a staffing issue; it’s a statutory issue. There probably ARE programs that need elimination but CONGRESS needs to revisit the laws that created those programs to begin with.

Yes. Federal positions get eliminated and then to get the work done contractors are hired to take their place and the contractors cost way more money. It’s scandalous.
