Pitt decisions

Any decisions from Pitt lately for CS majors applying to SCI? My kid's application has been pending since mid-October.

my kid just got in. arts and science. applied mid to late october. no word on merit aid or honors program yet....no idea how much later you hear about that.

We're still waiting but my kid didn't apply until 10/24 (app moved to pending on 10/31).

DC got in but hasn't received the official email. I read on CC that if you check the admissions portal and look at the Accept/Decline tab that it updates before the email comes if they've been accepted and that's what I found.

Applied 10/5, overlooked the SRAR, app went to review 10/21, status updated on 11/16. Dietrich, 1400, 4.2w

DC got $5000/yr 2 weeks after acceptance, a little disappointed.

Mine got $10k/yr merit in Dietrich with a 4.0 uw and 35 ACT, typical sports and clubs.

Are you in state?

OOS here. $5K, Dietrich. 3.9 uw, test optional, rigorous courses, 4-year varsity sport (time consuming), jobs, leadership in clubs

no, out of state. DC also has rigorous courses and 4 yr varsity sport and job (when I said “typical” ec’s I meant this type - not the national science award winning type)

Thank you for answering. My kid has similar stats and received less—$5k. Like yours, mine has typical ECs and not national. When did your child apply?

Sounds like you're in the Document Center, not the admissions portal.

Sounds like you're in the Document Center, not the admissions portal.

You have to go to the Student Services portal.

Just checked, and my DS is accepted into Sch Computing and Information
Plan/Major: Computer Science.
