Northeastern is more selective than both of them this year at 7%.

Acceptance rate is not counted at leat for the flagship ranking USN&WR any more.

Cool, as it should be but you still didn't answer the question. What makes ND better than Emory? Emory has top 5 grad programs. ND has none in the top 20.

Cool, as it should be but you still didn't answer the question. What makes ND better than Emory? Emory has top 5 grad programs. ND has none in the top 20.

This is undergraduate ranking

You refuse to answer the question. What makes ND better than Emory? Is it test scores? It's definitely not acceptance rate. Is it alumni respect? Wall Street placement? What is it? I'll tell you now Emory performs just as well or better on all these metrics.

Notre Dame has happier students. I think that impacts rankings, no? Also, Wall Street placement is pretty strong for ND if I recall. Also I like checking the Payscale ROI ranking, which has Notre Dame ranked at 80 and Emory at 150. https://www.payscale.com/college-roi Earning potential and graduation rate seem to be driving this...Emory with only a 90% graduation rate and ND with a 96% grad rate. I think ND students fare much better in general out in the world due to the outstanding alumni network that Emory most certainly lacks.

Also, you talk about acceptance rate...which does not impact rankings. ND's acceptance rate for class of 2026 was 13%. Emory's was 19%. Not that it matters, but not sure why you even bring this up.

You lie a lot. You do know Emory is in the south an it's grad stay there about 50% of them infact. That means salary potential is lower. Also Emorys acceptance rate is 10.6 percent seen here so don't know why your using old data for Emory but new data for ND.

Emory and ND make the top 25 for wall street placement

Emorys business school is also ranked higher for undergrad and grad. Let alone nursing, healthcare, and medicine.

That's MBA.

Nobody cares about MBA ranking when you go to a college and major in business.
You check how much of the undergrad program is target school by top consulting and finance firms and also undergrad business ranking.

Lol so undergrad business is the reason ND is better. Despite 12 and 14 aren't much different. I'll give you undergrad business. But maybe we can look at the undergrad nursing while you're at it.

There's no such thing as definitive, but T25ish makes more sense than T20.

For the T25ish, I would include the T20 on USN&WR + Emory + Georgetown + UCB + USC + UMich + Carnegie Mellon

Also, unrelated but I typically think of WUSTL, Emory and Tufts together. Not sure when the first two started to get more recognition but guess it relates to their grad programs (and they don’t have to “compete” in a city with Harvard and MIT, haha).

I didn't include LACs because that wouldn't be fair as USNews doesn't combine the lists. UCLA is there, UCB is overrated. Tufts had never been on WashU'd or Emorys level. Only in the minds of delusional new Englanders.

That’s funny. I’m from Ny and went to college and grad school in Boston. Wash U and Emory were not on my radar. They still aren’t. I went to Harvard.
