Michigan is there. All the top schools are here except Berkeley and UVA. You can argue UVA is tier two with UNC Gatech etc. [/quote]

Duke too high at 6. Should be 8-10.
Johns Hopkins too high at 8. Should be 13-16.
Northwestern too high at 8. Should be 11-14.
UPenn too low at 11. Should be 6-8.
Brown too high at 11. Should be 13-15.
Dartmouth too low at 14. Should be 10-12.
Georgetown too low at 25. Should be 20-23.
NYU too high at 25. Should be 27-30.
Notre Dame too low at 22. Should be 17-20.
Wash U too high at 17. Should be 19-21.[/quote]
