But if I understand the EO correctly, it doesn’t matter what FCPS requires—parents can opt out. And there’s no procedure or process for opting out. It’s as simple as just sending your kid maskless

Have separate classes for opt out maskless kids and stream in a teacher or utilize one who also wants to be maskless. Don't mix them with those who opt for science over crazy politics.

FCPS released a statement saying that they would continue to mandate masks, even when/if Youngkin changes it. They even quoted SB1303 saying that the bill requires “full adherence to mitigation strategies”…oh the irony. 😊

FCPS wo;; get sued. Teachers won't be able to enforce masks in high school.

Students won't get to stay in a class maskless. They go maskless in nurses office. Only hurts college admissions not the teacher.

Well, when the parents and kid decide to be PITAs and make someone’s life difficult, it’s not the principal or office staff that is dealing with the kid in their class.
