| Hey op here I haven’t checked this thread in a minute. What taxes on the wealthy are still included? |
You advertise loudly your ignorance and inability to read a simple tweet. We’re currently suffering under the tyranny of the minority. Land doesn’t vote, but we’re subject to the whims of red states, even though they lost. It’s ridiculous, and it’s against what the founders wanted. They weren’t against progress like the GOP evidently is. And the House has been artificially capped at 435 members, so a rep in Wyoming represents far fewer people than a rep from California or NY. Institute the Wyoming Rule so the House can be expanded and that will at least begin to even our the Electoral College issues, though it does nothing for the tyranny of the minority in the Senate. |
No idea. Sinema said no to raising any rates so they're trying to come up with new ideas. |

Sinema is corrupt.
She's going against the platform she ran on. https://www.ontheissues.org/House/Kyrsten_Sinema_Tax_Reform.htm |
This could explain it. |
Translation—they need to increase the tax base (ie the types and amounts of income that will be subject to tax). |
Her proposal is to tax capital gains on 700 billionaires on an annual basis rather than when they are realized. That is moronic. |
Sinema the Bought Off axed it, but they’re talking about taxing billionaires now. https://www.nytimes.com/2021/10/22/us/politics/sinema-wealth-taxes.html |
You do know that is a parody? |
