Yet another example of coaches using players as currency to ensure their salaries. |
VDA and GA overall is looking appealing if you can't make VDA. FVU will be no better than Arlington if NM takes 2-3 of the best players from the 10s, 11s, 12s player pools. Older players are staying put as the FVU recruiting hype machine is likely already worked them over |
What’s ECNL VA? |
I don’t think many players will follow. I’m sure that’s part of his deal with BSC though. Maybe some 09’s. 10’s won’t follow him NM or ML. They’re happy to have new faces on their staff. |
Who’s nm or ml? |
Former gfr, Union, McLean, dmv, and Herndon coaches. |
Yeah I’m sure the 10s are happy to have MV as their coach again. |
Nobody is. He’s not a good coach, he doesn’t develop players and he alienates other coaches. It’s how I know FVU won’t succeed in the long run. This guy who is in charge doesn’t know how to lead a team let alone an organization. Check back in 3 years… |
Recruiting hype machine? What is that? |
The funny thing about this post is it is intended to insult them and imply they have been club hoppers. The problem is it is the same players. Herndon players followed to DMV and DMV folded into GFR. McLean became Union. |
No idea but it sounds right |
You damn right!!! |
Club hoppers looking for the higher salary at every turn while vomiting the words ‘youth development, process, mission’ Hahahah |
If you think any club or coach in youth soccer cares more about youth development than their profit/salary, then you have been sleeping under a rock. Welcome to the world, kid. Money is the bottom line for everyone involved. Ppl change jobs/companies all the time so why is it different for career coaches. That too over the span of many many years. Are you at the same job you were at 5 years ago? |
No one is happy to have him as the 10's coach. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the 10s leave to follow NM and ML. |
