Also, I think this will hurt TSJ and SYC the most. McLean is a better location for some girls on those first two teams. No one from Fairfax wants to be driving to Loudoun County 4 days a week. |
I don't think it will impact SYC or McLean, they are far enough apart that it wouldn't impact their base areas much at all. But, I think it further impacts the STJ girls training in Springfield. Their 1st team in GA is located so far away. Now girls who want to pursue GA will options to transfer to SYC and McLean instead of going way out to Ashburn for GA. |
That is definitely McLean |
are you saying the field? |
One of those locations clearly has a DC style cab in the background, Red with Grey swoosh. But the rest of the locations don't look like DC. Maybe GA will announce all their new clubs tomorrow. Date says Feb 17th. |
Stop. No coaches are leaving. The only mclean coach is CW. No way he leaves all his buds from the last decade. He stays Union. Literally no change at Union except for maybe the home field. |
Why not? isn't GA a better platform to get recruited than ECNL-R? |
Do you think they were all different locations? Do you think those are all the ECNL clubs leaving? Maybe separate posts for new clubs entering (non-ECNL) |
You think CW leaves McLean paycheck on the table? |
I think a lot of those kids that left VYS for McLean will try to come crawling back home now. Hope it was worth it to leave Vienna and build up average club like McLean. |
After the top 1/2 GA clubs in thea rea, not sure, but it's much easier to get a winning record in GA in this area than it is ECNL-R... for now. |
Tick tock… |
CW going to GF. Fallowing Nadir. |
GA 2 |
