How much did your wedding cost?

Bored at work and was reading some blogs on weddings and came up with this question.

| 15k last year for my wedding with about 50 guests about a mile outside of DC. I started out hoping to keep it in the 8-10k range, but of course it crept up. |

| 2007 at the Reagan Building downtown for about 200 people. Skimped on dress ($150!!) and accessories, averaged on invitations and flowers, splurged on delicious dinner, awesome music, paid for bridesmaids dresses and hair. |

1999, 120 guests, about an hour north of NYC: $20K approximately. Ugh, I shudder when I type that. It didn't seem like a huge amount at the time but thinking about it now, it makes me a little ill to think we spent so much. Ah well. 12 years later I guess it amortizes well.
