WWhen the leadership fails to provide clear direction, it will undoubtedly have a negative effect on the project and your teams. It is imperative for Waxler and Harkes to resign. If the board is willing to take decisive action for their members and guide the organization towards the correct course, which is missing under these two directors!

Harkes just joined last year, he is part of the re-build.

HOh, Harkes is just a real expert when it comes to getting fired from MLS or USL clubs, isn't he? His extensive experience in player development really shines through. I mean, who could forget all the amazing clubs he coached as TD before landing in Mclean? It's truly impressive how he managed to climb the ranks with zero background in youth development, aside from cashing in paychecks for flashing a smile and keeping Waxler content. Mclean is for rich and famous. Soon there will be a show the soccer moms of Mclean directed by waxler and Harkes.

In 2-3 years Mclean will be much better. The GA exodus and MLS 2 is a hump. Player retention has improved with younger age groups. They just need to stop switching coaches around too often and let them grow through the 9-12 phase.

I rarely hear anything bad of the coaches. They are not the most well known around but do compete with bigger clubs.

I do mean uLittles. Who are the coaches?
