Based on what I witnessed during the season, I would go with Centerville, but Westfield’s performance against Madison adds some intrigue. I’m calling it a toss up.

Lot of parents and players all know each other across the Concorde teams as many of the girls play on travel teams together so probably a lot of gossip.

Team Chemistry is extremely important and easy to observe which teams have it on the field and how players on the sideline react -- Oakton is a great example of outstanding chemistry, team, and fan spirit! While many other teams underperform no matter how much talent they have. It is a challenge for all coaches & organizations across all sports.

The Team may have chemistry but, as witnessed on this board, the parents do not. The bullying of the one Oakton family who brings cowbells by other Oakton families - that was really not a show of team spirit but of team bullying.

Talent yes! But Oakton has both the coaching and unselfish team play.

More importantly will they have the bbq platter available? Could be enough to make me pull for them, just so there could be more BBQ platter opportunities.
