You can blame Clinton for any number of things, but he wasn't President in December 1992 when the UNITAF deployment in Somalia happened.

We are supposed to be a republic with a checks and balances government, not an autocracy. Since when is it ok for a president to unilaterally start a war and then send two unconfiirmed amateurs who don't get a paycheck from the US Government with personal interests in conflict with US interests to "negotiate"???????
