I blame the lawyers. I’m a trial attorney and I prep my clients over days. And, I make sure they answer the questions asked, not embellish and just state the facts, and, if she were my client, I would have told her on a break to stop being so over wrought and dramatic. And fricking admit fault every now and then. It makes her appear not credible when she allocates 100% of blame to him of this toxic relationship. She is going to be horrible on cross-you can tell. And again-I blame the lawyers. Which is a shame because I do believe the underlying bones of her narrative. But, I can see how others may not.

I listened to audio after the Australia incident that was recorded by Amber (tho she says johnny was the one who recorded it on her phone that makes no damn sense). In it you can here Jerry Judge, BenKing, Dr. Kipper and a nurse and also a bit of amber and Johnny. It is ROUGH. In it, its clear that she hurt him, she seems to be crying she didn’t mean to hurt him and everyone is looking for the finger and its completely obvious she’s not hurt at all and they just want her to leave Australia. They have her on seroquil and she also has taken a lot of drugs…Adderall, Xanax, hallucinogens, Ecstasym etc. She is babbling about losing him and how she cant leave him and man. The whole thing is a hearsay-fest and I believe court has stipulated they won’t admit audio if there’s anyone other than Johnny and Amber speaking. Its too bad because this one makes it clear his version is waaay closer to the truth than hers.

It also makes it clear he smashed up a lot of stuff and was drinking everything in sight. Possibly also burned his own face with cigarette when passed out?

I did not know they were implants. Just thought they were her natural cheek bones.

I did too, but after looking at old photos of her, I no longer believe that. Even my husband glanced over my shoulder as I was watching and said “WTF is up with her cheekbones?”

Implants, fillers, whatever they are they look awful.

Whoever compared her to Maleficent was spot on.

You can see several small raised bumps in the pink, clearly a lighter colour than the surrounding pink area, as if they were daubed with a tiny bit of concealer.

I only recently started following this case. Are you serious this is what she has as evidence of abuse??? Ridiculous

I'm a PP who was asking about evidence of his abuse of her. I still haven't seen it. I find that the most upsetting about this case. I'm not saying it didn't happen - but so far, we've seen that he was drug addicted and behaved badly, and have not seen that he abused her.

not sure what the property damage in this case means if it is JD's property (is CA a community property state?) or some third party's rented property. also not sure if it was always JD doing the destruction but I doubt that AH messed up her own clothing, shoes, etc. Everyone is looking for physical damage on AH and JD but the implicit threat in property damage is here's my destructive capability; you are or could be next.

Yes. Why have all of the assistants, staff, and people who saw them interact outside of a therapist’s office testified that they saw her hit/hurt him, but no one saw him hurt her? I would think that if he had hit or hurt her even once, any witnesses would be eager to get this out there.

I listened to this but it is highly edited too. There should have been security cams in every room of the AUS house- guess that violates privacy rights. Was this not allowed in the UK trial too? Did Jerry Judge testify in that? I paid no attention to that trial. Did the private dr and the nurse testify about AH's condition at that time?
