OK, put on Flux to take the blue light out, or on an iPad turn on NighShift and dim the brightness. Then enlarge the photo a bit.

You can see several small raised bumps in the pink, clearly a lighter colour than the surrounding pink area, as if they were daubed with a tiny bit of concealer.

Courts only have subpoena power in a limited jurisdiction so if Elon is in California they can t ‘t compel him to testify in Virginia. Knowing that, most civil lawyers will get a subpoena for deposition testimony in the witnesses home state and then record the deposition so portions can be played back at trial under the unavailable witness rule. Was Musk not deposed? If he’s on the witness list, it’s possible they will play deposition excerpts.

I don't know how we would know whether or not he's been deposed, unless that's in the court records. He could testify willingly without necessarily being subpoenaed, if he wanted to.

I don’t know if this has been covered in 103 pages…but Amber has really let herself go. She was one of the most stunning women in the world when they were married. While she still looks better than most, her looks have gone downhill.

I did not know they were implants. Just thought they were her natural cheek bones.

she looks different to me on different days- Thurs, Day 15 - I thought she looked tired after testifying but a few days before I thought
she looked much like she did 5-10 yrs ago. I am thinking that living in a hotel and doing this trial is not fun for her. Not near her home/friends/

hair styles are not the most flattering but they do look more "serious" I suppose. The judge said the trial days will be longer when they start back up

Stunning?!? I think she is, and always has been, average…at best. And I don’t understand why people think she’s had cheek implants? It looks like she’s wearing tons of highlighter(s), that are the wrong shade for her complexion, imo.

I did not know they were implants. Just thought they were her natural cheek bones.

I did too, but after looking at old photos of her, I no longer believe that. Even my husband glanced over my shoulder as I was watching and said “WTF is up with her cheekbones?”

Implants, fillers, whatever they are they look awful.
