Solid blue? Maybe in NOVA. There’s an entire state out there that is not “solid blue.”

Do I need to explain statewide elections to you?

No, snotty - you don’t. Of course I know VA will probably go to Biden, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be a huge percentage who vote for Trump. I always find it interesting to see the exact counts for each candidate. The statement “VA is solid blue of course” completely dismisses all of the red voters.

But if Biden's haul is more than 60%, then VA is solid blue. That margin is not considered close.

We don’t know yet what Biden’s “haul” will be. In 2016, 49% went for Hillary and 44% for Trump - hardly “solid blue.”

The GOP does not hold a SINGLE statewide office in the Commonwealth of Virginia. A GOP POTUS candidate has not won the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2004.

Virginia is solid blue. Not sorry.

What are you talking about? There are 11 Representatives from VA in Congress and nearly half of the VA Senate are Republicans.

Members of the House of Representatives and members of the state senate do not hold statewide office.

You’re going to have to be more specific because nothing you’ve said makes sense.

OMG. Please google the definition of statewide office. Then google the definition of legislative district.

I am absolutely astonished that Trump voters don't see that they are supporting authoritarianism. The man literally will not even commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses.

I do understand a voter wanting to signal a rejection of angry leftists. But that's not who Biden is. Your vote is not for or against BLM, it's for or against Biden/Harris.

And for or against a man who has spent four years steering this country into icebergs again and again.

I'm looking forward to voting in person in Virginia.

Whatever - Virginia is done with their moron leader. These long lines are NOT his voters.

You can keep braying this as much as you want. They did nothing illegal and were simply exercising their 1st Amendment rights - without screaming in anyone’s face or demanding they join them, imagine that! We know you only promote free speech when you agree with what’s being said, but you’ll just have to deal with ALL Americans having the right to speak up.

Who protests at a polling place? It doesn’t make any sense. If they were actually protesting something objectionable, I’d agree with you 100%. They just showed up to ruffle people’s feathers. I suppose that is their right, albeit a less admirable one.

I’m absolutely not afraid of them, and don’t think they should have been removed. It just wasn’t a good look to protest where people are quietly exercising their right to vote. To protest there makes it look like they don’t want people voting, and that’s not something I can quite wrap my head around. They have to right to protest just to be jerks. It seems like that’s all they were doing. I hope protesting at polling places isn’t a trend.

Except that they weren’t protesting - for the 100th time. They were simply holding a small rally. And they weren’t intimidating anyone, as much as liberals and the media enjoy pretending they were. Since when is chanting for your preferred candidate “intimidation”? Absurd.

Nope.

People had to be escorted. The line was moved inside. They disrupted the polling place. ILLEGAL.

They can go "rally" somewhere else.

Oh, boo boo. Did a handful of people chanting their candidate’s name “intimidate” them so very much? Good grief. I wonder how these poor, “scared” voters would hold up with an aggressive mob screaming in their faces, demanding they raise a fist in solidarity. Though I guess THAT would be encouraged and not at all intimidating, right?

Your post is more proof that Republicans don’t think the law applies to them.

Seriously, have we ever seen rallies at polling places before? No.

Why not? Because we haven’t had a cult running the country before.

This is not normal behavior.

+1. Normal, law-abiding people know you can’t hold rallies at polling places like that. Trumpers so deeply believe that they are above the law that they don’t bother to even understand what the law is.

If that was a group of BLM people, you would be screaming it from the rooftop. Hypocrite.
