Jogger Chased and Shot

Shades of Trayvon. Enough with these mental gymnastics. Open carry? SYG? Doesn't work unless it works for everybody. And even then it probably won't work. Get rid of the guns!!!!!!!

These men have a right to a fair trial. Innocent until proven guilty.

What about the victim’s right to a fair trial?

One version is a guy just out for his daily jog who gets hunted down and executed for the sole reason of being black. That is a sensational and emotional story and has spawned a ton of pictures on social media.

The other is a guy acting suspiciously and running away from something who is followed by people who witnessed the suspicious behavior, there is an altercation, and he is killed.

Both are still murder but they are two completely different stories.

And both are entirely fueled by racism, even though you whitewashed both examples to sell your alternative facts version.

You are correct. What do you think will happen when the video is shown to the jurors?

Nobody knows. All facts must be reviewed and witnesses and the men given the opportunity to present their side in court.

I just watched the video, and it’s clear that Thing 1 and Thing 2 ambushed the victim.

Both men will serve life in prison, be it State or Federal!

If I were to culprit, I definitely wouldn’t return to that neighborhood

There was only 1 burglary in that area from January to Feb 23rd.

CNN reports he's caught on video earlier that same day lurking around a construction site, i.e. trespassing.

"The owner of an under-construction home, who is listed as a victim in the police incident report, said his surveillance system captured at least four short clips of a man who appeared to be Arbery 'coming onto his property' February 23.

The suspect walked by the garage and down to a dock on the Little Satilla River, the motion-triggered cameras show, according to the homeowner. Asked whether they showed the man stealing or committing any other crime, he said they show him 'trespassing'."

I lurk around construction sites all the time, because I am a nosey busybody who likes learning about renovations. What is it that people imagine he ran there on foot to steal and then carried away in his shorts?

Why do you ask?

Well because if he didn't have a job then he deserves to have been hunted and shot.

So it’s okay to shoot him in the street like a dog?

The "victim" as listed refuses to share the videos. In my neighborhood the quarantine pastime is jogging and checking out the homes under construction.

Your second possible scenario is not at all correct. Three armed men chased him, caught him, wrestled with him and shot him dead. "There was an altercation" implies you're not sure how it started, or that it just erupted naturally. You know that isn't true, and you're using language to minimize what really happened. I believe that is a form of lying.

The idiot who released the tape thought it would cheat his friends. That goes to show how deeply ingrained that racism is. If dude had just complied, they would not have shit him.
Sick, just sick.

An altercation. The black guy didn't want any part of that red neck "sherrifin" those two inbreds started. How lovely that you call that an "altercation" as if it wasn't one sided.

Correct. The murderers didn’t personally witness any suspicious behavior by the victim. And they’re lying about the burglaries in the neighborhood.

Aren't there pictures that show the older inbred is a member of the Klan?
