The oldest is not 18 but they have reportedly agreed that he gets a say in visitation with Pitt.

Unless a parent is abusive, I generally don't understand when the kid gets a say in the visitation. If the parents weren't divorced, the kid would generally HAVE to be in the presence of the parents. My teens get irritated with my husband and me and vice-versa, but because we all have to live together so we have to keep working things out.

And to add to my thought-it wouldn't surprise me at all if she verbally agreed to Pitt that how he's paid her is an acceptable way to pay support, but is now publically claiming otherwise to make him look bad. I think he's a moron, but she's just nasty.

I’m not pro Angie, but man.. how can you call anyone working hard at bring humanitarian issues, and womens rights to the forefront “a piece of crap”? I bet you love on Jennifer for giving her token dollars here and ther, but neglect to acknowledge that the Pitt/Jolie family has actually set up foundations and spent TIME acting on behalf of a better world.

DP I think this is common. Remember Maddox was adopted by Jolie when she was married to Billy Bob. It is apparent he is closer to Jolie. I think it is normal for 17 year olds to get to decide if he wants to spend time with Brad. As it should be.

Threatening means nothing to me. Are there actual court documents, or is this media spread? A judge COULD make This decision, but didn’t. They actually made the legal decision for Pitt to have supervised visits.
