He made his bed. She was crazy when he met her but he still decided to be with her and have kids with her. This is the result of his choices so I don’t feel too bad for him.

Yup, when you lie down with dogs....

I don’t even really like Jolie, but sick of how this guy is always portrayed as the victim in his breakups.

Can either of your two posters please define qualitatively or quantitatively, the requirements for “nasty”?

Would it happen to be a woman who is richer than yiu, prettier than you, who alsodevotes more time to humanitarian purposes than you?

Nah, as nice as it is for you to come to her defense over and over and over again, I've got 2 (3?-is BillyBob 1 word or 2?) words for you: BillyBob Thornton, lol.

Oh, and lets not forget the vile of blood necklace. Those are just off the top of my head.

But, we can agree to disagree since Jolie is obviously very important to you.

+1. It's pretty obvious he cheated on Aniston with Jolie, and divorced her because he thought Jolie was a trade up (younger, more attractive, better career). I remember rumors that Jen had miscarriages while married to Pitt, so it's also possible he bailed because she couldn't have kids. He definitely made his bed.

Those kids are too old for the blame to be placed solely on Jolie for him not seeing them.

What are you talking about? Only one is over 18 and shes proven herself to be insane, so I'm sure she puts all kinds of emotional blackmail on them.

None of the kids are over 18. But I do agree with your comment on her preventing them from seeing him.

The oldest is not 18 but they have reportedly agreed that he gets a say in visitation with Pitt.

Unless a parent is abusive, I generally don't understand when the kid gets a say in the visitation. If the parents weren't divorced, the kid would generally HAVE to be in the presence of the parents. My teens get irritated with my husband and me and vice-versa, but because we all have to live together so we have to keep working things out.

DP I think this is common. Remember Maddox was adopted by Jolie when she was married to Billy Bob. It is apparent he is closer to Jolie. I think it is normal for 17 year olds to get to decide if he wants to spend time with Brad. As it should be.

He never should have adopted the kids. The 17 year old should have a relationship with Dad. He is poisoned by Mom and lives with Mom so he will choose Mom.

He never should have given her the money for a house and just paid child support or had an agreement to pay 50% expenses. She has plenty of money so she's just out for revenge as she doesn't need the money. If he's smart he'll agree to pay for school if they are in private and a sum every month to shut her up and nothing else.

She's not looking great at all. She's looking looney.
I read something that said he loaned Angelina $8 million to buy a house, and has paid $1.3 in "expenses." That doesn't seem like that much in the scheme of things for six kids in a super-rich family, perhaps. But maybe she should think about what's in the kids' best interest and stop airing all this dirty laundry in public. Child support determinations are not made by a jury; we don't need to witness the mudslinging, and the kids have now -- and will always have -- the ability to read all this crap.

The problem with Pitt's argument is that none of this money is child support. It's like your husband arguing "I paid for the kid's school clothes! I took them to Disney!" He still has to pay child support. Every month.

It depends on the family and judge. If he has given her $9.3 million and $1.3 million thats plenty over a year. Its fine if parents pay actual expenses like clothing and school vs. child support. That allows them to feel more of a parent than a support check. If he's smart he'll just pay support and kids needs in his home and be done with it.

According to both of their statements, he didn't pay child support and she didn't ask for it. Until this court filing. The house was a separate deal.

They're having about as acrimonious a divorce as possible, up to and including meritless CPS charges.

Yes, fathers should definitately only have to/willingly pay the bare minimum to support their children.

This is the divorced equivalent of “I did all the vacuuming!” and whining about being/ feeling under appreciated in your marriage.

They aren't in private. She doesn't believe in it and they couldn't keep up her travel schedule and attend school. Allegedly that was one of their disagreements; he (allegedly) wanted then to have a more normal childhood.

Perhaps they should have discussed that before having 6 kids in 2/3 years

He shouldn't pay for her traveling all over the world with them. That's absurd and kids should be in school.

Giving her close to 10 million is equal to child support. Its fine if parents pay for things directly. Regardless, she'd have a house for them all so the question becomes what are the additional expenses - clothing, activities, food and school. He shouldn't have to pay her lifestyle choices. People like direct child support as then, like she did, that he does nothing for the kids as if he pays she'll still claim she does it all and he doesn't help and call him a deadbeat. If he does it directly, she cannot take credit for it.

He paid expenses- that is a form of child support. If he cannot see the kids he should not have to pay.

Did Pitt cheat on Jolie? Why is she going scorched earth for so long? Plenty of celebs manage to divorce amicably or at least present themselves as such in public.

The oldest was adopted by Ang and Billy Bob, the second by Ang herself...

BB released his parental rights so Maddox was strictly Angie's child, who Brad later legally adopted.
