which of course raises the ? ...why can't he???

Or why won't he? Because he doesn't have to. He has proven to the satisfaction of the Supreme Court that he was born in Hawaii. The rest is just to please the people who hate him. You aren't going to vote based on his birth certificate. And neither are the birthers. They will never vote for him, even if he called a press conference with the doctor who delivered him and a videotape of the blessed event.

Still it would give them one less thing to b*tch about. I think when he launches his next run...he should make campaign logos with an imprint of this birth certificate.

No. It just makes room for one more thing to b*tch about.

Oh, good lord - my friend who keeps posting crap on Facebook about this birther nonsense and something about his college transcripts just posted some article claiming Obama had secret brain surgery. Nothing Obama could say would satisfy these whackjobs.

Just release the non existant birth certificate

Yu're right. It's time to end this. The only way to show that it does not exist is to post it, so here is the non-existent birth certificate:

Trump should be fired from being a US citizen for doing business with terrorists.

Of course he was born in Hawaii, but even if he wasn't, it doesn't matter whether or not he was born in the US. Depending on when you are born and how long your parent lived in the US, you can still be born as a US citizen abroad and run for president. The rule about being born on US soil applies to people who are born overseas and then are naturalized. Otherwise, children born to US citizens in the armed forces in bases overseas wouldn't be able to run for president.

Are you sure SCOTUS agrees? Remember, it's not about logic, it's about five votes.

I don't know about the above rule, but I know that SCOTUS is denying the birther petitions without comment. That means that no one on the court thinks it is even worth hearing the case. That's worth a lot more than five votes.

Or specifically three or fewer justices think that it is worth even hearing.

Won't be on the ballot in numerous states if it is not produced. He either has it or he doesn't it will be revealed prior to the election no matter what. He has a problem.

Since Article TV, section 1 says "Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.", wouldn't the 49 otehr states be obliged to accept Hawaii's declaration that he was born there and that the certificate of live birth is legally binding evidence thereof?

OMG is someone off his meds again? Are you that far separated from reality?

Arizona and Iowa are requiring it to be on the ballot. They are fully within thier rights. Hawaii says it exists, so it shouldn't be any problem for Obama to ask them to release it. This is gonna get good!

Really. You think they get to decide who is a natural born citizen of the United States. You are in for such a disappointment.
