Does anyone know anything about the other girl? I would think that there are people out there who know who she is. Also, they have not released who called who but from the information provided, I think Jayna was the manager with the keys so it would only be the survivor who would have called to get back into the store.

So many weird pieces of this and I hope they can catch these people are have this story end soon. It will not end happily but atleast knowing will ease the minds of the victims families and the public.

Please, stop this. The media does not identify victims of sexual assault. I am sure that people who know the victim is, and out of respect, I hope that no one posts that information here. Someone has already said that a google search of these murders brings up this thread. Can you imagine being a relative or friend of one of the victims and reading all this? (not your post necessarily, but all the "innocent speculation" posts where people are saying one of the victims was actually a perpetrator)

Also, as others have pointed out, it could be personal safety issue for the victim. Even if the murderers/rapists do not plan to further harm her, don't you think she is probably fearful of that anyway? If this were to happen to you, would you want your name to be released, and have everyone know all the details of how you were tortured and raped? WHY do people so badly want to know her name? My god, let the woman hold onto a shred of dignity and privacy.

I'm hoping that someone who knows the criminals who did this sees the gigantic reward and turns them in.

Whoops, PP with the botched post here. This was my portion:

Again, do not read blogs if you have issues reading things you do not like. It is innocent speculation. People have the right to wonder what happened and why it seems weird. Also, I would think that the victims family would not read blogs knowing that 1) false information will come up, 2) people like attention and will write things to get a rise out of people and 3) who would want to read about details of the crime if you were directly associated with it.

And it was brought up on another site who knows the girl and other information that could be true or false, I do not know. But stop pretending like these are secured professional sites. They are not. Someone on another blog was discussion how he had a detective friend who he would ask about the details and then post them. You cannot control these types of behavior. Thanks for the thoughts but you should not expect anything in a public forum, and yes people will have MANY speculations on the events and want to know more details.

Please. Sure, it's a public forum and none of us can control what someone else writes. That doesn't mean people shouldn't try to be respectful, though. I don't have an issue with people speculating - we are all trying to wrap our heads around this. I do, however, have a major issue with people wanting to dig around to publicize her name. WHY? That is further victimizing her, IMO. No, I don't have control over it. No, it's not illegal. That doesn't mean people shouldn't try to have a little empathy and compassion, though and allow her to remain anonymous if that is what she chooses, or publicize her name IF THAT IS WHAT SHE CHOOSES. It should be her choice.

She is remaining anonymous because of 1 of 2 reasons....a. she is in GREAT danger as a witness to a brutal crime first off....b. if she had anything to do with this she is a suspect and they would not release her name because of that.
I have read this blog and another one and it was said that the one that was murdered was murdered with a box cutter and a hammer. That tells me that the murderers did not come in with the intent to murder. I would imagine that they found those tools in the store! A box cutter would be used for unpacking merchandise. I still think it was a set up and that she recognized the criminals and that is why they murdered her! Until I hear differently I think I am stuck here. I think that it didn't go as planned and that more than likely it was a big cash week. I guess we will find out....hopefully sooner than later.

800lb gorilla in the room. How come no one has identified the race of the the suspects?
Anonymous
Because they wore masks and gloves.
Anonymous
Oh come on......so you are saying that these masks only had slits large enough for the pupils of their eyes. And throughout this BRUTAL attack on 2 women that nothing wripped or moved and their voices were completely undeterminable!!! Sorry....do NOT buy it!
Anonymous
If the victims were raped, the perpetrators must have removed some of their clothing and revealed some of their skin. My guess is that the surviving victim probably has given the police more information than they have publically released.
Anonymous
My point is that while they were raping and murdering I can't believe for one minute that there was NO struggle by the women. And that even a slight rip of clothing would reveal skin color. Not to mention that voices are VERY telling......so by saying that because they were wearing SEALED on gloves and masks that it wasn't possible to determine I believe is a BOLD faced LIE! Sorry that is my personal opinion!

Do you think you can accurately identified someone's race by their voice?

It was dark, and they have one witness who was brutally assaulted. Maybe it was not obvious to her what race the perpetrators are - maybe they looked biracial, but could have been dark-skinned Hispanic, or middle eastern, or who knows, but the police are probably being very careful what they put out there. If they say it was (for instance) 2 Hispanic males, but one of them is actually black, that can (maybe, I don't know) be used by their lawyer to cast doubt on whether they were actually the perpetrator.

Not necessarily but you could make speculations based on voice. But even if you took that out of the equation.....not a piece of clothing moved to reveal skin color with all of that going on......I just can't buy it!

My god, you are an idiot. She is anonymous because the police and media DO NOT RELEASE THE NAMES of individuals of have been sexually assaulted. There may be other reasons for her anonymity, but that's the only one we (and you) know for sure.

God, you speculators are sickening, disgusting wrecks of human beings.

Console yourself thinking that the families shouldn't be googling for this stuff if it helps you sleep at night. If something so horrifying had happened to my sister, cousin, niece or acquaintance I would google. Most people would google. You may be CERTAIN that her family knows that the drooling public is condemning the victim, who they don't know, as complicit in this crime. And be certain that you've made the families feel worse by participating in that.

Give yourself a gold star; you're an empty human being.

Maybe you might want to stay off of a site like this if you can't handle speculation. For you to call anyone an idiot because you don't like what you hear....makes you the idiot! We are trying to speculate to determine what happened in OUR neighborhood.....where we walk and shop and work! You HAVE no more idea than anyone else the facts......or why anything.......so if you can't handle this than don't LOOK!
