Yeah but we have a prenup that whoever files for divorce is gets less of the assets. There’s no cheating clause in it, just basically it’s presumed that the person who files for divorce is the one who caused the divorce.

That's really not wise. I'd say the person who files for divorce is the aggrieved party - spouse cheated, is an alcoholic, is using drugs, is abusive. To top that, mostly women file - because it is in their interest to get out from a cheating abusive alcoholic using man. Men benefit from staying married.
