What are you talking about? Not all employees are essential and this memo makes it clear that even essential employees for programs that don’t align with the admin can be RIFd. Learn how to read. The WH is not in charge of determining who is essential. That is up to each department or agency. They'll issue their own guidance. It could be the usual skeleton crew. It could be everyone - and honestly, it actually is everyone. Every federal employee's job may not be urgent but every job is essential. We all know that.
