Please explain in detail what exactly you think is the problem? If there is a shortage of ATC then why wouldn’t you analyze your internal policies to see if you can expand the hiring pool?

The problem is that whether or not you're dwarf, a quadriplegic, your race, or if you have a learning disability takes precedent over qualifications and aptitude. None of those things should have any weight in the hiring process. Period. Yet Biden and Obama ramrod it through and force this junk. That's why everyone hates the Democrats.

There is an existing lawsuit against the FAA for their rejection of qualified candidates for being white.

Not to mention one of the applicants was a Native American, something that should have put him at the top of the DEI pool, sounds like even though they passed the IQ test they just didn't have the right stuff. Getting into the program is the first step, staying in the program without washing out is an entirely different animal. But seriously the crash was most likely caused by the pilot of the Black Hawk, a white man, and an employee of the armed forces not the FAA.

But if you worked for the government you would know that the job description lists all minimal requirements (such as ability to lift boxes weighing x pounds, etc). Disability does not take precedence over qualifications. That is a lie fed to you by Republicans. Obviously, many disabilities (eg, dwarfism, use of a wheelchair) would not prevent a qualified person from being a good ATC.
