The problem is that whether or not you're dwarf, a quadriplegic, your race, or if you have a learning disability takes precedent over qualifications and aptitude.  None of those things should have any weight in the hiring process. Period. Yet Biden and Obama ramrod it through and force this junk. That's why everyone hates the Democrats.

Trump was taking about ATCs. He showed the document with the insane DEIngsr garbage they use during the press conference.

Imagine forcing people with learning disabilities into ATC roles for diversity purposes.  Just nuts.
